We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Iron Tee Golf. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk area, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service

- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

- Ensure that all guest transactions are processed accurately and efficiently

- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and prepare reports as needed

- Assist with scheduling and payroll for front desk staff

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary Description
