Our client, a leading Software company, is seeking a warm, proactive, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and team members. In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming office environment while supporting day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front lobby, scheduling internal meetings, assisting with facilities management, and supporting event planning efforts.
Please note this is a part-time, onsite contract role in San Ramon, CA. Pay will be $25/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and hospitality
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling deliveries, and maintaining a tidy lobby area
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings across multiple teams and calendars
- Serve as a liaison with building management and external vendors for facilities-related needs and maintenance
- Assist with the planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and office gatherings
- Ensure common areas are well-stocked and organized (e.g., office supplies, snacks, etc.)
- Support general administrative tasks and provide ad hoc support to other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of administrative or front desk experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) or similar tools
- Friendly, team-oriented, and eager to support others
