Front Desk Staff A local hotel is searching for motivated and personable individuals to join their Front Desk team. An ideal candidate will have extensive customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills, local area knowledge, and a passion for teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities - Greet hotel guests cordially and provide top-notch customer service.
- Facilitate an efficient and personal check in and out process.
- Address all questions, concerns, and comments from guests deftly and kindly.
- Manage reservations via phone, email, and digital with accuracy.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure readiness for new guests.
- Organizing and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Qualifications and Skills - Proven track record of excellent customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Proficient understanding and use of the English language.
- Strong understanding of computer systems and software.
- Familiarity with the local area including recreational experiences and dining venues.
- Flexible schedule to meet the demands of the hospitality industry.
- Positive attitude and a strong motivation to provide quality customer service.
Benefits/Compensation - Full time
- 40 hours a week
- Rotating shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
- $16/hr
- Monday - Sunday, 5 days a week
