Responsibilities: As a key member of the front-of-house team, the Front Desk & Sales Lead will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service while also helping them discover the full range of treatments and products that are offered. The Front Desk & Sales Leads responsibilities will include: Promote and sell spa services, skincare products, memberships, and packages Upsell additional treatments and retail products based on client needs and goals Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Educate clients on product benefits and post-treatment care Greet all clients with a warm, professional, and knowledgeable approach Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and pricing Schedule and manage appointments using the booking system Check clients in and out, process payments, and manage daily transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work area Requirements: The Front Desk & Sales Lead must have proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (spa, retail, wellness, or beauty industry preferred) The Front Desk & Sales Lead must have a passion for skincare, wellness, and aesthetics Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must for the Front Desk & Sales Lead The Front Desk & Sales Lead must be detail-oriented and highly organized The Front Desk & Sales Lead must have open availability to work, including weekends Compensation: up to $22 per hour + commission Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k), Paid Time Off, Employee Discounts, & More If you are a great fit and are interested in this position or similar roles, please apply or send your resume to About Gecko Hospitality Gecko Hospitality is a leading executive search and recruitment firm specializing in the hospitality industry.
