We are a local, women and Massage Therapist owned Massage Studio with 5 locations in the Denver-metro area looking for a customer service, sales, and administrative expert to join our growing company.

who is an administrative rock star that will be managing the flow of clients, conducting sales and creating an exceptional client experience.

This position is part-time and requires weekend and evening availability.

Compensation and Benefits:

$41,600 + Annual Base Pay (paid hourly) plus location sales bonuses and commissions

$2,706.16 Medical / Vision / Dental / AFLAC insurance

$865-$3460 Paid Time Off (1st year - 7th year)

$1,500 1 Free massage service every month. Additional discounted services available

$2,340-$7,020 Free Infrared Sauna services (1x/week - 3x/week)

Sales commission- Retail, packages, memberships

Leadership development and ongoing training

$49,011-$56,286 + = Total compensation PLUS sales bonus and commissions

    • Excellent computer and phone skills required- Microsoft Office, Google Suite products included
    • Must be a team player and enjoy working with others

    • Possess a healthy mindset with desire to grow and learn
    • Ability to work flexible days/nights including a minimum of one weekend per month
Job duties include but are not limited to:
    • Create exceptional client experiences through impeccable service
    • Execute internal sales and marketing initiatives
    • Work with Location Director & Assistant Location Director to meet location sales, staff and client related goals
    • Master of the client schedule- demonstrating initiative in maximizing daily utilization
    • Ensure all cash management is accurate, and sensitive information is handled properly
    • Responsible for opening and/or closing the studio
    • Exceptional multi-tasking and the ability to remain calm in a variety of situations
    • Manage & maintain an immaculate overall spa appearance and ambiance- this includes interior and exterior spaces and an eye for aesthetics
    • Train new team members for the Client Concierge role
