Our busy fitness studio needs someone with excellent customer service skills to develop relationships with prospects that lead to happy and satisfied studio members. Our ideal candidate has an understanding of our products and services, including general exercise equipment and wellness programs, along with the ability to prospect leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals. • Handle members' issues professionally and objectively, to resolve them through exceptional customer service
• Acquire leads by contacting, messaging, or emailing new potential members by engaging with them at local events or studio walk-ins
• Assist at our front desk by greeting everyone that comes in, answering phones, and talking to members
• Maintain long-term clientele and grow the studio's membership base through sales, new member onboarding, and excellent customer service
• Supervise and manage studio-wide and external promotion campaigns

• Provide excellent customer service to resolve the problems of members in an impartial and professional way
• Answer calls quickly and positively
• Greet every member warmly
• Maintain the cleanliness of the gym at all times

• We need someone proactive and a self-starter Qualifications:
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) are needed
• Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Outstanding organizational skills and time management
• Preferred candidates will have 1 or more years of experience in sales or a similar related role
• Able to learn computer management systems and POS quickly Compensation: $16+ hourly plus monthly bonus
