Infinite Wellness and Infinite Vitality are looking for an energetic, outgoing and organized front desk and office staff rockstar. We are a growing health and wellness office that offers many different services (weight loss, hormone replacement, anti-aging skin care, chiropractic, nutrition, etc) to help our community get healthy and stay healthy. The job will include answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling patients, collecting payments, assisting patients with paperwork, filing, scanning, new lead follow up and top-notch customer service.
Ability to work within a team is a must. You will work side-by-side our healthcare team to ensure that our clients receive exceptional healthcare and customer service like no other. In this position, you will be trained not only on reception duties but you will be cross-trained over time in other areas of the practice to advance your skills and your career.
