Join our team at NYMVCare as a Front Desk Representative, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient service at our multispecialty clinics. Responsibilities include:

Welcoming patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, and verifying insurance information.

Managing phone calls, answering inquiries, and directing calls as needed.

Assisting with administrative tasks to support clinic operations.

Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms

Maintain a clean and inviting environment

Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems.

Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is a plus.

Strong work ethic and positive attitude
