- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional reception experience.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office, ensuring all meetings are organized.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive impression for visitors.
- Assist with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper distribution.
- Uphold confidentiality and security protocols in handling sensitive information.
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Friendly demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and handle sensitive information.
- Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
