We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist visitors, and ensure smooth front desk operations.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain records and update databases as needed.
  • Assist with administrative duties to support other departments.
