Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Type: Contract

Location: Austin, Texas

Salary Range: 20hr to 24hr

Benefits: Health, Dental 401k


Akkodis is currently contract front desk receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
