Want to be the calm, steady voice at the heart of a busy law firm? In this role, you'll be the first person clients and visitors meet at one of our two locations - in person and on the phone. You'll greet with warmth, keep the front office running smoothly, and support both attorneys and staff. You'll have an opportunity to own key administrative processes, from scheduling and supplies to managing office vendors and coordinating firmwide communications. You'll shape the daily experience of everyone who walks through our door. You'll have prior experience in reception or office coordination roles, ideally in a professional services setting. You communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly. You work proactively with the other front desk staff to coordinate which of you is handling which location, and cover for each other's vacations and other absences. Apply today. Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
• Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries
• Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures
• Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
• Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed Qualifications:
• 3+ years in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally in a legal or professional setting.
• 2+ years managing an office, including managing supplies and equipment.
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Able to stay organized, prioritize competing demands, and remain composed under pressure.
• Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
• Preferred: Experience managing vendors, scheduling systems, or coordinating teams. Compensation: $19 - $23 hourly
