If so, apply now as a front desk receptionist with Kindful Health. Job Summary: As a Front Desk Receptionist of Kindful Health, you are the first point of contact for patients and employees. The ideal candidate will provide an exceptional patient/family experience. The candidate will have strong time management skills, G-Suite office systems proficiency, and an ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Education and Experience: One year of Customer Service Experience.
Responsibilities & Duties: The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct the caller to the appropriate staff member; email staff as needed; take or redirect messages appropriately, assuring prompt communication.
- Maintain patient binders with updated clinical information.
- Run reports and coordinate with all disciplines weekly to prepare for IDG.
- Manage office/medical supplies and maintain office equipment.
- Assist with any additional tasks as required by management.

Compensation: Hourly - $20-$22
