Job Title: Receptionist (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Hoffman Estates, IL (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Pay Rate: Up to $23/hour (W2; based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-Time

Overview:
We're seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our client's team in Hoffman Estates. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of administrative or front desk experience who enjoys being the face of the office and keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Accept and manage incoming deliveries and mail
- Stock and maintain vending machines (light restocking duties)
- Keep track of office supply inventory
- Order and organize the front desk and general office supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area
- Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and staying organized
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, phone systems, etc.)
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
