Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

PAY UP TO $22/HR

Job Description

A front desk receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointments, directing guests to the appropriate person or office, maintaining the reception area, and performing various administrative tasks like mail distribution. This role provides a professional and welcoming first impression to clients and customers entering a business or facility.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and answer phone calls.

  • Maintain the reception area and perform various administrative tasks such as mail distribution.
  • Assist in all areas of the plant: front desk, customer service, inventory, and general production.
  • Ensure customer service orientation in all interactions.

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety is a priority. The shift is Monday to Thursday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime currently required on Fridays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hickory, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
