South Florida Security Group is looking for a Security Guard to join our team. The Security Guard is responsible for protecting the client and assigned property from any criminal activity or trespassing.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, excellent observational skills and previous surveillance experience. This person should have the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations while exhibiting patience and a superb attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
The front desk is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of front office activities. Key duties typically include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintaining the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Providing information and directions to visitors and staff when requested.
- Monitoring visitor access and issuing passes or badges according to security procedures.
- Coordinating with other departments to support office operations and resolve issues.
- Performing basic clerical duties, such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Security guard D License.
- Bilingual
