POSITION SUMMARY: Lifescape Colorado is seeking an organized, client-centric individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This key position is in charge or maintaining, organizing, and conducting Lifescape Colorado's reception duties, including first contact with our clients and guests. This position will also provide professional support
for various Lifescape events and initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reception and Customer Service • Perform receptionist duties by being on the phone and being a positive, professional voice of the company
• Qualify new leads over the phone and enter prospects into CRM system
• Work with sales team to assign leads accordingly
• Welcome visitors and new employees to Lifescape and maintain visitor log
• Coordinate both internal and external customer support
• Organize and schedule meetings
• Maintain the conference room calendars
• Execute opening and closing duties daily
• Organize and maintain the conference rooms and break room areas
People Operations Support • Support People Operations team with Onboarding and Offboarding process and execution
• Facilitate walk-in and in person application process
• Maintain confidentiality when presented with sensitive and confidential information
• Write letters, return phone calls, emails as directed
• Assist with the management of office and cellular phone systems & deployment
• Errands and special duties as assigned
Marketing & Event Support • Assist with logging Business Development leads
• Assist with event planning and execution
• Order supplies as needed
• Errands and special duties as assigned
Qualifications: • Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred
2+ years of reception experience, high volume environments a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality and customer service required
• Passion for working with people and developing relationships
• Substantial computer experience with an emphasis on Microsoft Office
• Ability to plan, organize and meet multiple demands simultaneously
• Composure, professionalism, good humor and a willingness to do what the situation requires
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using and navigating ERP systems
