This role involves interacting with pet owners, handling inquiries, and addressing issues related to their pets while ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, or in-person. Provide information on our services and resolve general concerns.
- Manage and update pet owner records, including vaccination documentation and boarding/daycare details, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Assist in feeding dogs in daycare or boarding, following all guidelines for their care.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including cleaning floors nightly, ensuring the retail space is tidy, and displaying products attractively.
- Conduct facility tours for clients, showcasing our services and amenities.
- Promote and recommend products and services to clients to generate additional sales and enhance their experience.
- Handle customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, using your problem-solving skills to ensure resolutions are achieved.
Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (Dog care experience is a plus, but not required).
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and ability to make decisions under pressure.
