Our client is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Administrator to join their team and be the welcoming face of their HR Office. In this role you'll be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. This is a contract role for 2-3 months, with hours of Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm.

Greeting and assisting employees as the HR Office receptionist
Maintaining office security by controlling access and following safety procedures
Assisting employees with general questions and connecting to correct individual
Light reporting tasks
Filing paperwork
Scanning documents

High School Diploma or GED
Professional and upbeat
Well-organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines, printers) are required.
