Role Description This is a full-time on-site professional role for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, handling general clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes managing schedules, maintaining office records, and supporting the administrative team as needed.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills, including data entry and organization
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role is preferred
