Meet the Practice
Pure Joy Pediatrics is a general pediatric practice located in Portland, OR operating based on Six Sigma Lean Methodologies. Dr. Kirin Palmer started this practice in 2022 with the intention of restoring joy back to the physician patient relationship. So many things work to pull this relationship apart.
She wanted to build a practice and system that would bolster rather than detract from this experience. Supporting parents in their journey of parenthood is at the heart of what we love to do at Pure Joy Pediatrics. Building this practice has been exhilarating and the kudos and reviews from families has really propelled the project forward by leaps and bounds. It is because we all believe in this work.
Patient care is a must but it is only a part of what we do every day. Encouraging and supporting parents as they develop their own parenting style and garner confidence is the heart of what Pure Joy Pediatrics offers parents. When parents feel empowered in their roles as advocates, caretakers and nurturers of their children, the children naturally benefit. Better yet, they thrive. That is ultimately, the goal.
Meet your CEO and Mentor
