We are looking for a positive and professional Front Desk Manager to lead our team in Portsmouth, NH.
Front Desk Manager Responsibilities:
- Training and mentoring the team to ensure excellent customer service
- Anticipate and respond to guest questions and concerns
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Manage inventory of department supplies
- Enable effective communication between front desk operations and other departments, etc.
Front Desk Manager Qualifications:
A successful Front Desk Manager will have
- A passion for Hospitality
- At least three years of experience at the Front Desk
- Availability to be present at the busiest times at the Front Desk including evenings and weekends
