Location: Alternating between Massapequa and Garden City offices Position Type: Part-Time Working Hours:
• Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 3 PM

Position Overview: The Front Desk Manager will serve as a vital link between clients, providers, and external referrals. This role requires a strong understanding of mental health therapy modalities and wellness services, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will facilitate client connections, provide exceptional service, and promote a collaborative environment. This position reports directly to the Clinical Directors. Responsibilities:
• As the Front Desk Staff in Massapequa, NY, US, your responsibilities will include:
• Providing prompt responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Facilitating connections and managing referrals to appropriate providers within the wellness center.
• Efficiently scheduling appointments and coordinating client care across various services.
• Ensuring accurate and well-organized client records are maintained in EHR systems like Vagaro, Jane, and Simple Practice.
• Collaborating closely with providers to stay informed about service offerings and address client needs effectively.
• Assisting in the smooth onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless experience.
• Creating a welcoming and hospitable environment for clients upon their arrival. Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in a mental health or wellness-related field is highly preferred for the Front Desk Manager position in Massapequa, NY, US.
• Thorough knowledge of mental health therapy techniques and wellness services is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Vagaro, Jane, Simple Practice EHR, and Google Drive is required.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with others are necessary.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are crucial for this role. Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
