Warners' Stellian is a family-owned appliance retailer based in St. Paul, MN, and we're currently celebrating our 70th anniversary. With 13 retail locations offering 60 brands of home appliances, we are the Midwest's appliance specialist.
As a Showroom Operations Manager, you will:
- Assist the Store Manager with administrative schedules
- Greet all customers and ensure they are being helped in a timely manner
- Assist guests with customer service questions and issues
- Answer a multi-line phone system
- Complete sales orders, including enter the order into the computer system
- Bill customer financing and collect payment for orders
Qualifications You'll Need:
- The ability to be an analytical thinker with the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- The ability to work as a member of a cross-functional team
- A positive attitude and helpful demeanor
- General PC proficiency and advanced skills in MS Word and Excel
- Successful completion of pre-employment criminal background check and drug test
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
