Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and clean environment for all guests. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and takes pride in maintaining a neat and professional space.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and respond to inquiries or concerns

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas, including the lobby, front entrance, and lounge

Take out trash regularly and ensure waste disposal areas are kept clean

Replenish supplies and tidy up shared spaces as needed

Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as required

Monitor front desk area for cleanliness and safety standards

Perform additional administrative or support tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure

Basic knowledge of cleaning standards and safety protocols

Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
