Description
Job Description: Front desk clerks are responsible for helping our guests enjoy their time at the park, assisting with sales, paperwork, social media, and closing and opening the store.
Key Responsibilities: - Open and close the store.
- Sales of products and operating the cash register
- Assisting clients with paperwork completion
- Assigning equipment and verifying safety is communicated.
- Offering exceptional customer service.
- Assist with social media communication about the park.
Additional Business Admin Responsibilities: - Assist in the new hire process as a main contact point for new hires and HR.
- Assist in payroll processing.
- Serve as a main contact point for providing information to park staff.
- Maintain record-keeping for internal and external processes
- Assist in safety reviews and information.
- Work with General Manager and Director of Operations on general business processes
Requirements
Knowledge, Education, and or Experience required: - Minimum one year of customer service
- Minimum one year of retail experience
- Minimum availability of 4 shifts a week.
- Available to work varied shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
- Minimum one year operating a cash register.
- Strong computer skills.
- Exceptional Customer Service.
- Ability to adhere to all safety requirements as this is a Safety Sensitive position.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and understand instructions.
Physical Requirements: - Must be able to work in various weather outside during shifts.
- Bend, stoop, crouch, climb, stand, sit, and turn/pivot.
- Lift/lower, push, pull, and carry up to 40 lbs.
- This is a safety-sensitive position.
Additional Requirements: - Must be a licensed driver with a good driving record (subject to MVR).
