Front Desk Associate at our Lost Creek clinic.

- Hours of Operation: M-F 7:30am to 4:30pm
- Salary Range: $18.00-$20.00/hr

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, ensuring excellent phone etiquette while directing calls as necessary.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk calendar efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, including maintaining patient records and updating information as needed.
- Provide information about services offered and respond to inquiries from patients effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Utilize electronic medical records
- Collecting payments and patient balances via phone or patient portal
Ideal Candidate: - Previous experience as front desk admin in a medical office
- Experience working with Athena or a similar EHR preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
