Guest Services Representative (Front Desk) - Night Audit We are seeking strong-minded, customer service-driven individuals to join our team at the Front Desk. As a front desk agent, you are the first and last point of contact for all guests. You are responsible for welcoming the guests and setting the tone for their stay and leaving a great lasting impression as they depart. Responsibilities: As a front desk agent, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Meeting room hosting and refreshing.
• Making reservations and handling billing issues.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Anticipating the needs of guests and making preparations to exceed those needs.
• Working with groups and special requests.
• Guest relations - online, in-person, and on the phone.
• Keeping up to date on our surrounding area to better serve our guests. Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate for this Guest Services Representative and/or Night Audit position in Union City, TN, US should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to thrive under pressure and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who can work harmoniously with others in different departments to meet the business's demands is essential.
• Flexibility in scheduling is desired, as this role involves shifts during the day (7 am-3 pm), evening (3 pm-11 pm), and overnight for night audit (11 pm-7 am). We understand not all candidates are interested in the overnight/audit shifts.
• A desire to be a lifelong learner - hospitality is a field where (like many others) you will learn something each day. You learn from guests, supervisors, online training, and other sources. Compensation: $11 - $13 hourly DOE
