Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments, and maintaining a professional, courteous presence at all times.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting spaces
- Maintain front office appearance, supplies, and cleanliness
- Provide administrative support to management and staff
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence and deliveries
- Handle basic customer service issues and escalate when necessary
