As a Candidate Concierge Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for candidates during their onsite interviews. When not supporting candidates onsite, you will support the recruitment process through interview scheduling and coordination. This dual role ensures maximum efficiency and support for our talent acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities
- Escort multiple candidates daily for onsite interviews.
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of the candidate's onsite interview experience.
- Greet candidates professionally in the lobby and establish a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare and verify interview rooms, including picking up technical equipment, setup, and testing.
- Ensure candidate comfort and needs are met throughout the interview day, including breaks, refreshments, and accommodations.
- Facilitate smooth transitions between interview sessions.
- Escort candidates through the building, including final departure.
- Act as the 'day-of' point of contact for any candidate emergencies.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews when not supporting candidates onsite.
- Manage interview calendar logistics across multiple time zones.
- Communicate with candidates and interview panels regarding scheduling.
- Send interview confirmations and preparation materials.
- Handle interview schedule changes and cancellations.
- Support recruitment operations as needed.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years experience in HR-Admin, RC roles, or similar target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Professional demeanor and presentation.
- Experience with basic technical setup, including video conferencing and presentation equipment.
- Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and process improvement abilities.
- Experience managing complex scheduling logistics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Knowledge of interview processes and recruitment best practices.
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and scheduling tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
