We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our San Francisco office. In this role, you will serve as the face of the firm, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience while supporting daily office operations. This is a key position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and values discretion, attention to detail, and client service.


This role is located 5 days onsite the beautiful Presidio in San Francisco.


Salary: $75 - 80 + Bonus + Benefits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Provide primary phone coverage for the main office line
  • Manage daily lunch service and coordinate catering needs
  • Order and restock groceries, kitchen supplies, and office inventory
  • Maintain an organized and well-functioning kitchen and copy rooms
  • Oversee office equipment and coordinate maintenance requests
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Manage relationships with vendors, including weekly plant service
  • Support the Office Manager with facilities-related needs and office upkeep
  • Assist with planning and execution of internal events, including office happy hours, offsites, and holiday gatherings
  • Coordinate monthly birthday announcements and team communications
  • Print and bind marketing and presentation materials

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 years in a service-oriented or administrative role, ideally within a corporate environment such as investment banking or venture capital
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and remain composed under pressure
  • Professional demeanor and strong sense of discretion
