Our client, a global, high-profile real-estate firm, is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for guests and provide essential administrative support. This role is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality or office administration who thrives in a dynamic, people-facing environment.
Please note this is an onsite, temp-to-perm role in San Francisco, CA. Pay will be $26.5/hr. Key Responsibilities:- Greet visitors with a professional, upbeat demeanor and ensure a welcoming front desk experience
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously
- Assist with light administrative duties, including tracking office supply inventory and submitting invoices
- Maintain a tidy and professional front desk and common area
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors as needed
- Utilize various software platforms, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel, to support daily operations
Qualifications:- Previous experience in office coordination, front desk, or hospitality-related roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with a positive attitude
