Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join their client's team in California. This role requires a personable and organized individual who can manage front desk operations efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. The position is part-time, offering a consistent work schedule from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities - Provide part-time front desk support.
- Answer phones and direct calls as necessary.
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Order office supplies and ensure the break room is stocked.
- Prepare the conference room for meetings.
- Offer general office and data entry support as needed.
Requirements - Ability to work part-time hours, Monday through Friday.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience in an office setting is a plus.
Work Hours Monday - Friday, part-time hours.

Additional Details Pay Range: $19 per hour.
