WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Prosper and McKinney Locations Hiring
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for our salon. This is a part time position not a seasonal position. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
Book appointments in person or by phone
Increase membership sales and retail sales
Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must be 21 yrs of age or older
Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferable in spa/fitness/hotels
Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work weekends and evenings
Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.
