This position works in our Dallas office location and will serve as the first point of contact for guests and callers to Learfield. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, a strong desire to serve others and the ability to execute a wide variety of administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members
- Model an excellent 'customer service' attitude
- Maintain a tidy and presentable lobby/reception area
- Manage mail and deliveries
- Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the company and services
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security procedures
- Order and manage office supplies inventory
- Assist with planning and preparation for office events, meetings and conferences
- Work with teams across the organization to support departmental needs and initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one year of experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and poised demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
