(aka: front desk receptionist/hostess).

JOB DESCRIPTION
As the first and last impression for the guests, you are
a Blo brand ambassador. You are friendly, professional,
and tactful and know how to diffuse a tense situation and
make a good experience great. In fact, you thrive on this.
• Responsible for maintaining superior Guest experience
• Comfortable working with scheduling software
• Enjoy discussing & selling beauty products
• Manage and support a team of Stylists
• Ensure bar is kept immaculate
Looking for someone who takes the extra step to make sure the bar is ran like their own. From the guest experience to managing staff on the floor. This person should want to grow with the company into a management position.
COMPENSATION
• hourly (varies based on experience)
• commission on retail and membership sales
