Priority Review Date (Note - Posting may close at any time) Job Summary The clerk will greet and assists visitors in person or over the telephone and provided general office support.
Responsibilities - Receiving, greeting, and directing visitors to the appropriate person or office.
- Answering calls that come into the Dean's Office main phone line.
- Processing and distributing mail.
- Maintaining office supplies and stock.
- Maintaining office equipment and arranging for service calls as needed.
- Performing other reception, clerical, and office duties as assigned, such as coordinating events and assisting with special projects and initiatives.
