The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for the following: - Being the first point of contact for our members and guests
- Ensure a positive experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.
- greeting members and guests with nature and sincere gestures.
- taking room reservations
- handling check ins-and check outs
- ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and provide outstanding customer service at all times.
Requirements- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and other computer systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights ,weekends and holidays.
- ability to stand for long periods of time.
