About the Role:

The Front Desk Clerk plays a crucial role in the real estate development and management industry by serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. The Front Desk Clerk will manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records, which are essential for the smooth operation of the office. Additionally, this role involves coordinating with various departments to facilitate communication and support the overall goals of the organization. Ultimately, the Front Desk Clerk contributes to enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the real estate industry or a related field.
  • Familiarity with property management software.
  • Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Skills:

The required skills for this position, such as strong communication and organizational abilities, are essential for effectively managing client interactions and administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite allows the Front Desk Clerk to create documents, manage spreadsheets, and communicate efficiently with team members.
