Front Desk Attendant - Cambridge, MA Part-time, 4-10 hours/week - daytime, evening and weekend availability Harvard Recreation , managed by HealthFitness, is looking for
Front Desk Attendants to join the team on campus in
Cambridge, Massachusetts . In this position, you will greet, check-in and assist customers; provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. You will also take part in facility walkthroughs, cleaning equipment, points of sale and laundry services. Other duties as needed/assigned.
Minimum Requirements - High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current Adult First Aid and CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council or American Safety & Health Institute; required within 90 days of hire. Note: certification must have an in-person component/OSHA compliant and not 100% online.
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
Compensation: $13 - $15/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
