- Greeting and assisting visitors or guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Creating and modifying guest reservations
- Maintaining accurate records and logs of visitor details and activities.
- Handling cash transactions, billing, or other financial responsibilities if applicable.
- Receiving guest complaints and ensuring satisfaction or compensation.
- Registering hotel guests and assigning rooms.
- Understanding and following policies related to safety, emergencies, criminal activity, and suspicious activity.
Second shift front desk clerk will be required to work weekends and holidays.
