As a Front Desk Associate at D1, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming introduction to each person who walks into the facility. In this role, you will answer customer service questions, keep track of who is coming in and out of the facility, and assist with the operations of the business.

To succeed in this role, you must be a reliable individual who shows up on time each day and has a great work ethic. You should be a high-energy individual who is able to tune out distractions and maintain a consistent level of energy. You should be able to connect with members and hold authentic conversations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Additionally, you should be able to multitask and manage your schedule to accomplish all of your daily objectives.

Key responsibilities of the Front Desk Associate include:
  • Completing the opening and closing checklist
  • Answering customer support questions for current and new members
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages for recruiters and management
  • Checking clients into workouts and ensuring attendance is correct
  • Ensuring that bathrooms are stocked with necessary supplies and that cleaning supplies are ready for use
  • Keeping the fridge and shelves stocked with food and drink
  • Keeping gear displays stocked and neat
  • Processing ancillary purchases in MINDBODY
  • Completing daily social media tasks
  • Checking all bathrooms and making sure they are clean and stocked
  • Making sure the workout area is prepped for the following workout or day
  • Walking the turf and weight room to ensure they are tidy
  • Vacuuming the weight room
  • Restocking the fridge, snack, and gear shelves
  • Standing up and greeting everyone who comes into the facility
  • Handling customer service inquiries
  • Checking out and confirming all appointments on the schedule
  • Keeping the front desk area and lobby clean and organized
  • Checking voicemail and replying to messages or forwarding them to the correct staff member
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Bilingual applicant preferred but not required
