Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Front Desk Assistant in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This role is in person / on site. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.
Type: Four-month contract, temp to hire
Schedule: Mon: 11am to 7pm, Tues, Wed, Thurs: 10am to 6pm, Fri: 9am to 5pm
Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 an hour
Responsibilities of the Front Desk Assistant: Answer and monitor all telephone calls in a professional manner
Greet all clients and visitors
Receive client payments
Schedule client appointments into the centralized scheduling system, rearrange appointments as necessary
Make appointment reminder calls to clients for clinicians as needed
Update client demographics and insurance information.
Responsible for evening closing procedures.
Back-up as needed for all other office duties.
Other tasks as needed to support and maintain the center.
Qualifications for the Front Desk Assistant: High School Diploma or GED required.
One to two years of experience within healthcare setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
