The Lash Lounge Chesterfield (TLLC) and The Lash Lounge O,Fallon, (TLLO) are locally family owned and operated eye lash salons that are part of a network of over 134 locations nationally. We offer a complete menu of services including Eye Lash Extensions, Lash Perming, Lash and Brow Tinting, Brow Threading/sculpting, and Brow Laminations just to name a few. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Concierge/Front Desk Associate(s) for our salon. Your focus will be on sales while providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money.) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Increase membership sales and retail sales

Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience

Book appointments in person, phone or text

Represent the salon and improve overall sales

Contribute to group operations, such as inventory

Maintain a clean and inviting environment

Attend monthly employee meeting/training

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1+ years customer service or retail sales experience.

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work some weekends and some evenings

Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.

Experience with Lash Extensions are a plus.
