Key Responsibilities: - Provide friendly, efficient service to foster strong customer relationships.
- Accurately price merchandise and process sales through our point of sale system.
- Handle various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
- Issue receipts, process returns, and manage refunds while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure customer information integrity as per company policies.
- Assist stylists with merchandise look-ups, transfers, and special orders.
- Manage inventory by re-ticketing items and returning merchandise to the appropriate location.
- Organize the front desk area and maintain necessary supplies for smooth operations.
Exceptional Customer Service: - Promptly answer and direct calls with a positive attitude.
- Utilize clients' last names to personalize interactions.
- Address customer inquiries and provide clear information on policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Engage actively with customers during their wait times to enhance their experience.
- Minimize wait times and troubleshoot any issues quickly while keeping the customer engaged.
- Connect customers with their preferred stylists or introduce them to new ones.
- Offer assistance with carry-out services after transactions.
- Present merchandise beautifully with high-quality wrapping and packaging.
- Be open to special projects and additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications: - Previous retail experience is a must; experience in a luxury setting is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
