Location: Estancia Del Norte, San Antonio, TX

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent/Shuttle Driver to join our team at Estancia Del Norte. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our guests while efficiently managing front desk operations and shuttle services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

- Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries efficiently.

- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.

- Operate the hotel shuttle service, ensuring safe and timely transportation for guests.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and shuttle vehicle.

- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.

- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

Education/Formal Training:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management preferred.
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
  • Familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
Knowledge/Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service.
  • Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and reservation software.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to travel to The Springs Resort & Spa.

Salary Description

$16.00 per hour
