Job Summary We are seeking a positive, friendly Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our salon guests. The Front Desk Agent will assist guests with the check-in and check-out processes, and process payments and schedule appointments. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with styling staff to coordinate appointment availability, answering guest inquiries, and completing appointment confirmations. The Front Desk Agent must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even when faced with challenging situations. Your goal is to provide guests with an exceptional customer service experience.
Responsibilities
Monitor the maintain knowledge of salon services
Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person
Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions
Describe the features and amenities of salon
Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Qualifications
Friendly and outgoing personality
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Computer literacy
Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation
Able to lift 30 pounds
