Front Desk Agent

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at Lafont Inn LLC. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling their inquiries, and assisting them with their needs. Your main goal will be to create a welcoming and friendly environment for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our establishment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and reservation systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry
• Fluent in multiple languages
• Experience with online reservation system

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome upon arrival
• Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and payment
• Answer phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner
• Assist guests with their needs, including providing information about the hotel and local area
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner

Skills:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will utilize your exceptional communication and customer service skills to provide a welcoming and friendly environment for our guests. You will also use your multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously, including checking-in guests, answering phone calls, and responding to emails. Your proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and reservation systems, will be essential in ensuring accuracy of information and payment. Additionally, your previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry, fluency in multiple languages, and experience with Opera reservation system will be beneficial in providing exceptional service to our guests.
