We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our Front Desk Team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating lasting impressions and ensuring their stay is memorable. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and assisting them with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Providing hotel and area information over the phone.
• Processing payments and documenting requests.
• Delivering outstanding service to all our guests.
