Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively deal withinternal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels ofpatience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information andresolve.

• Ability to understand and followdirections.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Hotel experience is preferred, notrequired.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for greeting customersimmediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.

• Will use a positive and clearspeaking voice, listen to, and understand requests, respond with appropriateaction, and provide accurate information such as outlet hours and localattractions.

• Completing required shiftpaperwork, reports assigned by General Manager, and end of shift cash closingprocedures.

• Creating guest reservation,completing guest registration, applying charges and payment to guest folios.

Shifts: Must be available 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM
